Hillary Widens Her Lead...

...In a USA Today/Gallup poll conducted between Feb. 9th and 11th, Hillary opened up a 19 point lead over her nearest competitor, receiving the support of 40% of the participants in this recent poll.

When Hillary is matched up against the front-funner for the Republican presidential nomination, John McCain, she leads by 3 points (50-47). In the October 2005 USA Today/Gallup Poll, Hillary trailed McCain by 10 points (43-53). That's a 7 point bump between October 2005 and now!

Hillary's favorables are up 5 points; 58% now when compared to 53% in November of 2006; and 60% of Americans believe that she'll make a good President (2/13/2007 USA Today/Gallup poll based on telephone interviews with 1,006 National Adults, aged 18+, conducted February 9-11, 2007).

Chief Clinton strategist Mark Penn had this to say, "As other candidates are getting more and more attention, Hillary is getting more and more support. This poll confirms that Hillary not only can win but actually is today winning."

Yes, Hillary can win! She can win here in Georgia and she can win all over the South too!
